Before You Book

Arrive feeling prepared, never rushed.

Please allow a little extra time for parking, as availability in Condado can vary.
Since Almendra is a private, one-client-at-a-time studio, please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment. Arriving on time allows us to enjoy your complete treatment without feeling rushed.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter service so the following appointment can begin on time.
Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, so a new deposit is required when booking a different date.
Changes made within 24 hours will incur a $25 late cancellation fee in addition to the forfeited deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Keep your routine simple and gentle in the days leading up to your appointment.
Avoid at-home exfoliation, scrubs, waxing, and unnecessary sun exposure, and pause non-prescription retinoids for several days.
If your skin feels irritated or you’ve recently had another treatment, please let me know beforehand so I can adjust your facial.
Arriving without makeup is helpful, but never required.
